What is an Assessment Report?
An assessment report is a document that summarizes the results of an evaluation. It helps improve internal procedures by highlighting the strengths and weakness of an organization. It is usually written by an outsider, but it can also be conducted internally. Assessments are typically conducted in the context of development and training programmes or as part of a larger performance review of the company.
The report of assessment should clearly state the results of the assessment, as well as what actions were taken to address these findings. They should be easy to read and include an appropriate mix of visuals and text to communicate information. They should also consider the design principles of the company to ensure that they are well presented and align with the brand.
Evaluation of a program isn’t about identifying if students have completed the required requirements however, it is more about determining how they have progressed through time and if the curriculum has been successful in enhancing student outcomes. This can be proved by the submission of an annual academic assessment report. These reports of assessment provide evidence that programs are reviewing their curriculum, demonstrating continual improvement and making adjustments to practices as the results of previous assessments are reviewed.
